Ella is one of our Business Development Managers at Leads Every Day, working closely with tradespeople across the UK to help them generate high-quality customer enquiries, grow their businesses and make the most of every opportunity.
She's passionate about building genuine client relationships and ensuring her customers feel supported every step of the way. Ella takes a friendly, proactive approach to her work and loves seeing the businesses she works with achieve real results.
Outside of work, Ella is a big rugby and fitness fan. Having played rugby at a high level and now coaching, she knows a thing or two about teamwork, determination and a bit of healthy competition! Whether she's on the pitch, in the gym or working with a client, she brings plenty of energy, competitiveness and a "never give up" attitude to everything she does.
When she's not working, you'll probably find Ella either talking about rugby, watching rugby or somehow finding a way to bring rugby into the conversation!
