Max Young
MAX Young has the easiest job in the world. With more than 1,000 customers to take care of, Max has to keep each one happy. But it's not as taxing as it sounds. He says: "I welcome every business on board and make sure we do everything correctly so I don't have any issues to deal with." Gillingham fan Max is a keen footballer, playing for a local pub team, and enjoys the odd single malt whisky*. *Always drink responsibly.
Robert O'Toole
Originally from Dublin, Robert's background is firmly rooted in life on site. Before joining Leads Every Day, he spent years working on major construction jobs, specialising in piling and steelworks. He was a foreman too — so he knows exactly what it's like being out in all weathers, getting the job done. That experience means he gets where our customers are coming from, and it shows in how he approaches every conversation. As our Sales Manager, Robert's the man to talk to when it comes to growing your business through smart, no-nonsense leads. He's a straight-talker, easy to get on with, and always up for a laugh — one of the most popular characters in the office. Away from work, Robert's a big family man. He heads back to Dublin whenever he can (usually managing to "split the G" while he's there). And in a past life? He was a keen boxer, with an impressive amateur record to prove it.

Dan Feltham, with years of experience within various trades he knows what the company needs. You may disagree, however with a personal 4.8* on trust pilot you can't argue with results!
Kameron James-Bowen
Meet Kameron, a key member of the Leads Everyday team since 2018. His passion for speed and performance, both on and off the racetrack, defines his character. Kameron's love for motorsport has driven him to excel, even in the virtual world of racing simulators. Kameron's impact extends beyond his personal interests. He's been instrumental in our Remapping Network's success, using his expertise to empower Remapping and Performance specialists nationwide. Today, Kameron leads The Motor Trade Network, dedicated to making independent garages more profitable and guiding them to maximize their returns through years of accumulated experience. However, as a devout Newcastle fan, it's safe to say his enthusiasm for performance stops with Motorsport...

Hey there! I'm currently completing my Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship and loving every minute of it. I'm all about keeping things organised, finding smarter ways to work, and bringing positive energy to everything I do at Leads Everyday. Confidence is my thing — whether I'm managing projects, supporting clients, or learning new skills to help the team grow. I love seeing how small improvements can make a big difference, and I'm never afraid to take on a new challenge. When I'm not in business mode, you'll find me on the field or court — I'm a huge sports fan who thrives on teamwork, competition, and constant improvement. Those same values drive me every day, both in and out of work. At the end of the day, I believe success comes from hard work, a good attitude, and enjoying the ride — and that's exactly how I approach every day at Leads Everyday!
Imogen Blyth
Bright, enthusiastic, and always armed with a cuppa, Imogen is one of the newest faces at Leads Everyday — but she's already making her mark. At just 20, she's jumped headfirst into her Business Development Manager apprenticeship, bringing fresh energy, curiosity, and a real passion for learning the ropes. Imogen's natural people skills and keen eye for opportunity make her a great fit for the role. She's all about building genuine relationships and helping our customers find smart ways to grow their business. Don't let the friendly smile fool you — she's got drive, big ambitions, and a head full of ideas. Outside of work, Imogen's all about good vibes and great company. Whether she's catching up with friends, spending time with family, or doing a bit of retail therapy, she's happiest when she's surrounded by the people she loves (preferably with a strong cup of tea in hand). Kind, approachable, and always up for a laugh — she brings just the right mix of professionalism and personality to the team.
