Maximilian is currently completing his Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and is loving every minute of it. He's all about keeping things organised, finding smarter ways to work and bringing positive energy to everything he does at Leads Every Day.
Confidence is one of Maximilian's strengths, whether he's managing projects, supporting clients or learning new skills to help the team grow. He enjoys seeing how small improvements can make a big difference and is always happy to take on a new challenge.
When he's not in business mode, you'll usually find Maximilian on the field or court. He's a huge sports fan who thrives on teamwork, competition and constantly improving, values that he brings into both his work and life outside of it.
